I have a very limited quantity of these I’m going to sell if anyone would like one.  There are only nine more available.  They’re printed on fairly heavy stock and are $40 plus the actual shipping cost (which, just so you’re aware, has been averaging about $35 within the contiguous US).  They’re numbered x/10.
