Rosa, I think the darker colour is just my rubbish photography! It was taken a few years ago in a dark room, I'm no photographer unfortunately. I must pull it out and take a better photo one day.

A quick Google states the second screen was built in 1965, which is interesting considering the poster states "First British Screen Presentation".

Matt, if you have an Academy 3 poster, we have the set between us ;)

Thank you Tob, I appreciate you sharing this pic (not bad at all!). I think it makes the poster all more interesting if it has some variations, like the ''Academy Cinema One'' Or ''Academy Cinema Two''. It just adds extra fun to the mix!

Thanks again

I wanted to share with you one of my favourite posters; The German poster for ''RED DUST'' - The US as you know is coming for auction next month. I know that there is much talk about Benito's prices around this land; But he really has an incredible collection (over 130,000 posters) and I cannot blame him for being too attached to them. I just wished I had 0.0002% of all the Golden Paper he owns...

RED DUST- 9,000 EUR

Ask Freddy Peralta.  You can contact him through ebay.  He is one of the biggest dealers of Mexican posters in the US if I am not mistaken.

Thanks for the tip, Mike!

A WC for Charlie Chan Carries On (1931).

Said to be a lost film, with only the trailer surviving, at this point in time.

Danish OS for Pinocchio (from the 1946 aborted release, as mentioned by EMP).

Love this poster, (even if it does look like his left foot is attached to his right leg).  ;D    bed1

It has a vintage feel to it. Eye catching artwork ( not like Bogie tho)... :) ;)
