I've always loved that Wolf Man.
My favorite for the film.
I already envy its future owner.

I might have already posted this...if so, I think it's worth a second look.

Does a first release one-sheet of that movie exist?

I've never seen one.
A few lobby cards seem to exist from '32, but all of the paper I've seen on this title has been from the 1938 RR, like the one above.

A very cool poster, for sure. The ARG version that Bruce sold last Aug, while almost identical, has other actors listed as well as the director at the bottom and the Radium Films Corp distributor named at the top.

Bruce have you ever determined if this could be a possible first release?

No, and I never heard anything from anyone, which is why I asked now!

As mentioned at EMP tonight the one sheet for The Undead was printed in two distinct versions, a darker/red version and a much lighter/pink version (I have the pink one sheet):

Stephen Fischler (owner of the Frankie 6 sheet) has a framed copy, up right next to that, on his studio/office wall:

Upper right of photo.. KK to left, Frankie to the right:

And notice those other beauties in the bottom row-- Ghost of Frank OS, King Kong OS, 2 styles of Dracula and The Invisible Man OS

I corrected the prior entry. That is the re-release.  Here is a digital image of the original release 6S:

It's an interesting contrast, to see (what looks to be) the same plates used for the KK 6 sh RR.. just fewer colors used and (therefore) less detail brought forth.

A great 6sh, tho, regardless.  thumbup

And beautiful restoration work done by PM, as well.

Selective tit for tat, as another was missed.. but no comment was offered there.

Typical.

You missed one too - that's a Phantom of the Opera one-sheet after the 2nd Dracula.

Awesome, I couldn't make that one out.  I figured it must be something good to keep that company!

The Invisible Man was living up to his name sake with the black background + the glare.

By the way, my "did I miss something?" comment was in reference to the snarky reply -- not the posters.  If I had wrote "what crawled up your butt?" maybe that would have been more clear!  ;D

ALL the art for this film is outstanding.  Not a dud in the bunch!
