I like the newest poster for Keith's film You're Next quite a bit.
Nice concept and execution.

Which film trailer did you watch? I don't think it's a comedy, although I guess we all have a different sense of humour  ;D
Sorry skyjackers..yeah it was Peeples I was refering to.

I can see the confusion, but I think that's why I like this poster so much. Brave of the studio to go with something like this. I think there are other versions with the same concept.

Congratulations Keith. I don't know if you had a hand in the idea behind these posters but it's pretty original. Do you know if they were printed up for use?

These can be found in bus-shelters in at least NY and LA. Perhaps some other places too.

I know somebody's trashing Schachter over on NS4 about this but is there any question about its originality?  I really don't care about the background melodrama:

Less is more - the US insert trumps the US one sheet:

I agree as the colour in in my opinion sets it off.

However, are those background colours different? Or has some fading and whatnot occurred?
Forgive my lack of knowledge on these posters if not.

If they are different, then I'd love to see the insert background colour on the one sheet!
Best wishes,
Adam

I don't know why the background colors are different. The absence of the werewolf - leaving only the claws - on the insert is what makes it the winner IMO.

Now I heard a rumor somebody on this board acquired these fabulous posters.  Too bad THEY'RE NOW AT THE BOTTOM OF A PILE OF 8,753 OTHER POSTERS!!!

Mademoiselle Striptease (1956 Italy 1P):

Adam,

The OS and insert were printed in those 2 different background colors. Notice too, the colour of her outfit and even the look/drawing of the "damsel in distress" is different on each, too, as well as the blood lines.   :D

Yeah, that one was a no-brainer.  I saw it, I bought it immediately.  I think the seller could have sold it for 3x its price.  It's probably going to be a very long time before another one pops up.   And no, it is not at the bottom of a pile but in a nice tube where it might be for a while.
