I have a Marlene half sheet somewhere, I'll dig it out if you behave.
Not the best shape, which doesn't bother me, also a reissue, likewise doesn't other me, I like the poster.I actually ought it for my (ex) Wife years ago, as she is a big MD fan, but she just gave a "meh" so I kept it.
This is all quite intriguing to me Rosa. Where exactly are these multiple points of sale in London and in particular the people who are "selling in the street"? I assume this is a street market of some kind.Mark
Rosa, no doubt that Marlene Dietrich poster would be quite a sight on anyone's wall
As it happens, so it is my Lucky Strike Pulp Fiction..., quite a sight too. Thanks to you!
I just want to show here what I meant in my earlier post. This one is a LC, R-1948 and to me it looks real.I bought it unframed, nearby Brick Lane, London, in one of the street stalls for £40. On the floor, not hanging on the walls (don't know where yet)
But in all honesty I have never, ever even seen a pre-1990 authentic movie poster for sale anywhere in the flesh!
That's a beauty, ps. Fantastic!!The portrait looks like it might be Rita Hayworth (to me anyhow )
The caribous ate them
And what about half sheets? Any suggestions?
Suggestions?I suggest you buy this even if you have to liquidate your entire collection to do so.What a beauty.
I am their "custodian"
This is another beautiful piece.Ahhhhh...to have unlimited resources.....
I was mistaken,
