Wow...  I didn't know about it.  It looks like all the big pieces sold.  I don't follow the Mondo after market, but man, some of these pieces have really gained value.

No, Kill Bill was the only thing I wanted I didnt have.

Picked up the Danger earlier, safari crash on the phone missed the Robocop, but not too heartbroken on that one.

Hi Mitch,

I second Dale's thoughts.  Nice sale today.  I'm sure it was a lot of work.  I didn't score anything.  I almost bought a GID LTROI, and backed off.  I had a Lebowski carted, but sold out before I could pull the trigger.

It was really cool seeing all those posters available.  Even if it was only for a short time.

Thanks,
John

Did anyone have luck with the Moss? My power went out about halfway through the sale.  I was keeping my fingers crossed, my battery backup would keep me going until the end of the sale, but no luck  :'(

Yeah, I got the Moss.

I missed on the Psycho (we entertained 23 souls yesterday, some of them until 1am, so I needed my beauty sleep.  Plus, I didn't know that a sale was happening until I opened my computer at 9am PST.)  I might get it later on...  But I was up and ready for the Moss.

I always complain when Mondo releases sub-par material, but I have to say I have been enjoying the last 3-4 drops.  I haven't bought anything since Moss' Bride, I'm saving money and enjoying life.

I have the feeling it's not going to last much longer, though.  Something good will be released soon.

I don't know how you do it T. You must have some kind of special setup to be able to score both regular and variant every single time. I can't recall you ever saying that you missed out on a Mondo drop. Do you sometimes go to the flippers if you fail on the Mondo site?

I don't know.  I guess I have a way of doing it and it works pretty much every time.  I think I have bought 5 or 6 prints from flippers, a few times because I got stuck on Mondo's site, other times because I couldn't physically be in front of the computer.  And no, I don't spend hours refreshing.  I own 200 prints from Mondo exactly, so 5 or 6 fails is not too bad, I guess.

Nice PR fluff piece, with the key line being 'opening in San Francisco and Yonkers, N.Y., in 2013'.

Those Lord of the Rings seem rather bland, even for Moss.
