Another title with potential ruined by the craptastic artist.

Dear Mondo, please cut ties with Bertmer and Kelly!

Danger on Swamp Thing or Cooper would have been interesting.

I will say I think it is the best thing Bertmer has done, but that doesnt say much.

I could not disagree more.  I personally love them because they allow me to save money.

There is always good in bad.

I quite like the Swamp Thing print, it reminds me of the art of the Alan Moore run of comics which is a good thing IMO. I don't like it enough to buy it though  :P

Does anyone on here actually like this Florian Bertmer guy?  I struggle to see his talent, so if someone likes his stuff, I'd love to know why.

Most of his I don't like. Santa Sangre is good, though, as is Greedo.  So far, those are the only two that I have liked at any level.

He's not as bad as Rich Kelly, though.  I truly can't stand to look at anything Kelly does.  It hurts my eyes, and his work is a stain on the name of any movie that he tries to work on.

Not sure if you are aware of this print but its worth checking out;

http://www.underthefloorboards.com/

They specially commissioned it for a recent London show in which Christopher Lloyd was appearing and faced certain restrictions on what they could and couldn't use but it looks great in person and the profits are going towards charity.

Does Ansin ever sell artist's prints?  I lost out on the Mummy sale and don't want to pay $100+ for it.

Oh well, ended up shelling out $115 (including shipping) for Ansin's Mummy from an Ebay flipper.  Damn I hate paying more than original sale price value ($60 for this one) but this is a "must have."  Lesson learned - never try to win a drop from Mondo without a gift card....

Not completely true, Mel.  I have never used a gift card and missed only once, when the text came after the drop.  With the Ansins, I bought the variant first, and then went back to buy the reg.

Are you using a credit card or Paypal?  Paypal always takes too long....

Ive done it all ways and it really just depends on if you make it in before the "rush" .. I used paypal and paid with the funds i had in my account .. That may be a tad quicker because it doesnt have to talk to my bank. But I was able to both Mummy prints and an Invisible Man print.

Well, since I paid an extra $55 for the Mummy, I'll just skip Ansin's Planet of the Apes.  It's not as exceptional as the Mummy and the original movie posters for the series are very good anyway....

Not many Star Trek fans around here I know, but I think Danger's ST:TMP is pretty damn cool!

They finally unveiled the Mondo Mystery Movie print.

Jurassic Park by Horkey.

I'd like to get it, because I'm big on dinos, but I'm not too crazy about it.

I was kind of disappointed by this print .. But I think the variant is awesome !!! It just goes to show how much a specific color can make or break a poster .. When I 1st saw the JP regular I thought it was an altered Gwangi print and it was a MMM2 prank .. But it wasnt ..

I like it.  In any event, since it's going to be a series most likely the best stuff is yet to come, the same as the Star Wars series:
