No luck for me.  Got to payment submittal, but it came back sold out.  Then, seconds later came the sold out tweet.

Would have been nice.

They really go from the best to the worst in a matter of weeks... I mean in A week... don't they?

Not the best they have put out there that is for sure. It is a neat piece but not worth buying.

I dont get why everyone is being so negative.. sure this poster wasnt super great .. but with all the sex-plotation posters we see around here and the "other" posters as well.. this has nothing on those.

I'm going, and hopefully this new format will give me a chance to hit the beach instead of waiting for the next drop.  I booked a hotel for 4 days in SD, but 3 hours at Comic Con is more than enough for me.

Which ones did you get?

Just be sure you can be there on the days the prints are available...they have been pretty clear if you are not there on the particular day for that print, you get no poster or refund.

I got all of them.

And yes, I'll come to pick them up and go straight back to the beach.  I know Drew and I know Martin, so it will be fun to see them again.  I just hope they don't drop something amazing while I'm tanning.

Cool.

This new process seems to favor those who are anti-lines and pro-sun/outdoors!

The two Moss Ghibli prints are fantastic.

It's actually nice when they do something on this side of the country.  I'm not a big Texas fan, and I don't plan on ever visiting that State, so no Austin for me.  This is as close as it gets.

Btw, Ben, our teams look like shit for the next 12 months.  Basketball is going to be painful.

I'm not a huge fan of Texas either, and I lived in Dallas for just over a year when I was young.

However, Austin might as well be a different country because it is NOT like the rest of the state. One of the most fun and progressive towns I have ever been in...my wife and I actually thought about moving there when we visited last year...seriously, check it out. Incredible food, night life, things to do...and everyone is super nice. Just a great upbeat community.

The less said about the NBA, the better. LeDick won, so I am in 'who cares anymore' mode. Pumped about the C's coach hire though...Brad can flat out coach, but now all he needs is players.

I would agree with Wonka on Austin T... It is totally different compared to the rest of the state. But the City, not the burbs...  In fact my buddy here in Houston use to have a bumper sticker that said "Keep Austin 99 Miles from Here!"  which was a play on the "Keep Austin Weird!" campaign...  You would probably feel right at home in most part of City proper; and don't they have film stuff going on there etc... I know they have SXSW...

Lots of good stuff at the Con.

Went a little crazy on toys, will probably go home thinking "why the fuck did I buy that," but it's part of the game.

Mondo is nice too.  Terminator, predator, Aliens, Conan, got them all.
