Japanese Adventures of Robin Hood, what the heck is this?

Ran across this on one of the Japanese sites. It looks like it is two different fliers made to be put together. Overall size is said to be 26cm x 57cm making it roughly the size of a B3, a little narrower.

Any ideas on when it is from or what it is?
