Hmm never heard of it. I am typically not a Michael Bay fan, but that does look worth watching

But it is directed by D.J. Caruso, who has a very nice resume.  wynk

You have to remember that not all the time a Producer has hands on involvement in a film's creation. A lot of times they will allow you to use their name, or give funding, to get the movie made. Other times they just add their name as a producer and help you sell the film and get it to distribution. Many times the involvement can just be overseeing budget and schedule to make sure that the director and the crew come in on time and on or under budget. There are producer's that actually have their hand in almost every aspect of the filmmaking. I don't know which is the case regarding this film, but it is just something to keep in mind.

In theory, you have a point Chad.

But this is Michael Bay we are talking about!  I think his inclusion on the poster is fair warning to all as to what kind of movie they should expect to see... or as it were, not see.  Grin

Check out Caruso's IMDB credits as director and producer.
It sounds to me like Bay's involvement is probably as Chad says.
Film looks interesting to say the least...

Michael Bay films are fantastic, throw back to the blow shit up days of the 80's. Great film making!

Personally, I would rather swallow broken glass than have to sit through this movie.

Concept had potential. Trailer showed us that it doesn't live up. I've yet to see anything impressive from Caruso. His most well known or noted projects, especially as of late are a rip off of one of my favorite movies (Rear Window) and another Shia LeBarf trash heap.
