Earthquake(Sensurround)
« on: November 22, 2010, 01:12:52 PM »
Are there any Earthquake 1979 quads featuring the Sensurround logo?
If there are,i would assume they are like hens teeth, regards tracking one down ?.
And very probably out my price range!!
Any info would be welcome.

It's not a film I rate highly, and I think others feel the same, so Quads can be had quite cheap. I don't think the sensurround ones would be much more. If you paid over £25 for one I'd think you had been robbed.

Hi, Folks!
For lovers of poster variant trivia - and in the absence of any information re Sensurround - let me throw this one into the ring ... of all the EARTHQUAKE quads we have had in recent years, we have only notcied one with this 70mm additional credit text ...

... here's the same area of a 'standard' EARTHQUAKE quad ...

... at first, I thought it might be someone's very careful 'letraset' addition, but on closer examination, it does seem to be part of the integral printing of the poster.

I've said it before and I'll say it again ... some of us should get out more.

Best wishes,
