I was very tempted to buy 'The Art of Italian Film Posters' by Mel Bagshaw. But then I peeked inside. All the featured images apparently come from different sources, very different in quality, many have this nice 'blown-up jpeg' feel.

Here's a dynamic poster by Sandro Simeoni (aka Symeoni) for I WAS A TEENAGE FRANKENSTEIN. In Italy, it was released as The Massacre of Frankenstein.
