Just got this quad for Lucio Fulci's House by the Cemetery (1981), been trying to get my hands on it for a while as it's rather rare.

Very cool quad, Antoine!  Reminds me of the great Thai posters.   Okie

great to see another Quad thread popping up & some lovely stuff from all & i will obviously never tire of seeing Pauls collection.
totally agree that "each to their own" collecting wise but ive always found the colours & detail particularly of the older quads to be fantastic. There are always going to be some duds but no more than any poster format. The fact they are harder to find just makes the chase more challenging.
heres a few of my fav older quads:

Really nice selection you posted there, Mike.

Love the color and artwork. Hard to pick even just 2 as faves, in your selection above. Beautious!!

Thanks for sharing them.

Always great to see Mike's collection.

Superb stuff.

Some memories there for me.  But to be frank, much that is new to me.

Thanks.

Mike has one of the best quad collections that has been offered for display here on APF --  hands down.

I have about a half dozen quads I've acquired haphazardly over the years. But 'Kes' is the only quad I actively sought out. Kes is just such a fine film so having the country of origin poster appeals to me, not to mention that none of the Kes paper I've seen from other countries comes close to the quad.

I bought the Tron quad randomly from a Craiglist person from whom I was buying something completely unrelated.

I do like the fact that it is considerably different from the US poster.

Hi Deke, I sure enjoyed the books and films about a boy and his hawk growing up.  Cool that you got Kes. As a boy, I really liked the story "My Side of the Mountain" where a boy trains a falcon to hunt.  Okie

Great film (probably his best IMO) and great poster.

Nice Tron and looks really good condition as well. Was that from a UK seller or US? Never thought of Craig's list for posters.

Neither had I.

But, further to the above and, suitably inspired, I tried to look at the site and couldn't make head nor tail of the place.  Everything seems to be ordered through geographical location.  Which makes putting in one world wide search for anything almost impossible.

(Unless I have missed the bleeding obvious?)

I've always liked the Vanishing Point quad & Kes is just such a great film & that quad is hard to get.
Keep them rolling!

I really enjoy seeing the great painted image quads, Peckinpah! The circular stroke painted design on McQueen's face on Bullit is pretty darn cool.  Okie

It's how CL has always worked, and was set up as (by location, that is).

Anf yes...you missed the obvious.

Carry on.  ;)

Sorry, the Bleeding Obvious, in this case, was to put a search in, irrespective of geographical locations...

If one can't, there isn't a Bleeding Obvious to have missed.

Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Sure, I don't need my BULLET FOR A BADMAN quad really...
(why do you quote with all posters? That only uses up space here  ;) )
