How did I miss this. What do you mean, "not as exciting as other purchases"? I love this poster Damomac. I got one myself a few months back. REAL artwork instead of photoshop? Awesome!

I really like the fact that it's drawn/painted art, too. And like T mentioned, it also has a Struzan feel to it.   thumbup

This poster would do well with being linen backed, but there is no way I would want to lose that drawing!

I really wonder about the circumstances that led someone to sit down and draw that picture on the back of a movie poster.  I wonder if they ever made a living as a caricaturist?

it's a window card

early racing posters like this are actually pretty rare. it was a pair of different images from Heritage. surprised I got them for what I thought was cheap

Thanks Jeff!  Both Charade and Joan of Arc are re-releases, 1973 and 1975 respectively.  But the sky behind Ingrid Bergman is just too cool ;D  The Star Wars I managed to get under the radar, only a few bidders on it... so  thumbsup.gif

The Japanese characters are read as "Sanada Yukimura No Boryaku" which translates literally to Sanada Yukimura's Plan (Strategy).
However this film has 3 different English titles: Renegade Ninjas, The Death of the Shogun and The Shogun Assassins.
