Allow me to be very clear, here. If someone finds this poster, doesn't tell me about it and buys it for himself/herself, he/she will be immediately EXPELLED from this lovely forum.
Period.

Hmmm - why is this being released as a one sheet instead of a quad and why does the announcer on the new trailer have an American accent, even though it's for a British audience (in "cinemas")?

Doesn't do much for me. Meh. The first movie is so good, and the others just plain stink. Saw this and made laugh: http://nflinjury.com/the-mcfly-scheme-time-travel-sports-betting.htmlMost re-release posters are a lost cause anyway IMO. The last ones that I really interested me were the Struzan Blade Runner and the BFI 40th Anniversary Breakfast at Tiffany's.

There will be a quad and a one sheet used in the UK so I am told. May not see many on Ebay though as I think they will get pulled.

Might anyone know if Universal is planning a re-release for BTTF here in the USA? I would think since it is the 25th anniversary and the trilogy hits Blu-ray as well this year, that a re-release would be a for sure thing here?

Sweet. Too bad I have to drive an hour+ to get to an AMC theater... I probably do it anyway though. I just hope that ALL the AMC theaters will be showing it.

From EW's "cast reunion" current issue - the car was re-created by superfan Ken Kaplowski:

So the poster is single-sided 26 3/8 (923mm) x 39 1/4 (1000mm). I like it. It does have "AMC" on it but it has the cool image and a funny tagline "your density has brought you to this movie." Of course the movie was great too - I'd forgotten how funny and entertaining it is! ("Last night, Darth Vader came down from planet Vulcan and told me that if I didn't take Lorraine out that he'd melt my brain!")

I had a great experience watching it on the big screen with everyone in the theater laughing and having a good time. Some of the scenes really kicked ass on the big screen and it put you that much more into the movie than just watching on a TV.
Dallas is on fire right now due to baseball and there's a line that Doc says as he's standing next to the DeLorean being video taped talking about traveling into the future. "I'll be able to see who wins the World Series in the next 25 years." - Doc Brown And the entire audience all shouted "The Texas Rangers!"
It was a blast.

Yeah, everybody was cheering and laughing at my theater too - good times.
If you missed it, AMC is having another showing Monday night.
