And foam core is so light.. a piece cut to a 3sh size will be a breeze to carry.  :D

Last update.  I picked up the foamboard  yesterday and the whole thing fit in my Prius with the hatch closed.  Drove it home and the foamboard was fine.  So, FYI:  anyone with a similar sized car can do the same thing.  thumbsup.gif
