I started going through some of my Japanese poster collection this past weekend and decided to part with some of my B1's and B2's. I have several B0's that I have not uploaded yet but they will be soon enough. These are posters that I have in hand and they are my actual photographs. If you have an interest in any of them please email me at MPM4Sale AT gmail DOT com

You can view higher resolution photos by clicking on the poster. Once the page loads to the single image you clicked, click download in the upper right corner of the gallery box and larger image will appear.

Added some Banners,B2's and Tatekan's and also 1 more B0

Below are images of just a few of the added posters, I have quite a few listed on my site. This day has been extremely long going through my flat file and trying to figure out what I should part with and what I should keep. It's a tough process. I have more to go through so stay tuned...

Please email me at MPM4sale AT gmail DOT com instead of using the PM system. I can answer emails faster than I can PM's.

Here are links to each page:

BTW CJ, that one you have labled as unknown title is from a 2007 film called "Tokyo Tower: Mom and Me, and Sometimes Dad".

Thanks, but I will pass I think.  It is a sad day when I actually do have to worry about space, but it has reached that point.  That and the fact that I am soon going to have to figure out how I am going to get all of them home from Japan without being damaged.  I just wanted to pass on the title in case anyone was interested.

So who got all the fantabulous Prestige posters?

If I had to "round up the usual suspect" I'd head to Florida....

Sorry Mel, you are incorrect.

The person who got them is on this forum. He can share if he wishes. They should be on his doorstep by Wednesday.

As far as the quality of those Prestige banners and the B0...absolutely gorgeous in person. The banners have this super high gloss coating on them. The B0 is on thick matte paper and is just as nice as the banners.

Yeah those Prestige banners were great and probably not gonna see another set anytime soon. Sold before I saw them too or I might have made a run. I bought a set of the Japanese Benjamin Button banners and it cost almost as much to get them to me as I paid for them, but have only seen 2 sets ever available. Would have rather had the Prestige set  Cry

The Prestige banners and B0 sold pretty quick, within 15 minutes of announcing them for sale.

Those two Sympathy For Lady Vengeance B1's are not easy to come by at all. It took me a good while to track those down while actively searching to add them to my Park Chan-wook collection. The B1 format already makes it tough as hell and then the fact that the Korean's and Japanese aren't best of friends doesn't help. These Korean films usually get a very limited release in theaters which makes it all the more difficult to find a lot of them in the Japanese paper.

Btw, the Death Rides a Horse Tatekan is F'n amazing in person! Thanks CJ.

The Spirited Away and Tale of Genji B0's are killer also! You just have too much stuff for sale and I'm just glad I had a lot of these already like the Lady V's the IB's, The Dark Knight, the two Grindhouse's, Bullitt, and even with all that shit I still couldn't afford to get everything I wanted.

That Moon B1 isn't easy to come by either and the Kill is Love B1 is just one of the best Japanese pieces for that title. It has thick matte paper and the ink used on it is very deep into the poster which makes it pop. It's my favorite after the Desert Poster which is why I want to hang both of these posters.

Overall you have a lot of nice posters for sale CJ. If I had more money I would so snag those Last Samurai B0's. I've only seen one other set of those and I'm sure between your set and the other one there probably aren't any others. There might be a few B0's of Cruise floating around as singles but sets, damn that's gotta be tough to find and put together.

I wondered if you ended up with that tatekan Chad.  I'm glad it found a good home.  I agree definitely agree with your assessment on the stuff CJ has for sale.  It is all high quality, hard to find stuff.  The Tales of Genji B0 and Renaissance B1 will be right at home in my collection.  I am just irritated that I have to wait until April sometime to actually see them.

Schan, both those posters will fit your collection nicely. The Renaissance poster looks to have a killer foil type reflection. Grats on two very nice additions.

You guys actually ever watch any of these films.

If you mean the Asian films like Lady Vengeance?

Then Yes, I do. My second film that I made was heavily influenced by Asian cinema. Specifically Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Oldboy and Lady V but there was a lot of Japanese, Audition type stuff and other films mixed in as well.

If you mean the rare old Westerns like Death Rides a Horse. Yes I own a copy of the film. Actually I own a copy of the film to almost all my posters.
