Thanks

And as Helmut always mentions on his kinoart site:

http://www.kinoart.net/detail_ansicht.php?lang=en&inhalt=artikel_show&artikel_id=20153

I did not know  this was on his website. He is most reliable.
There is a book which i thoroughly recommend which has examples of the best German artists including Litter. His "On the waterfront" and "Rebecca" are truly excellent.

Crikey I've started a few months of late...

Anyway, the good news is 'Artwork is back Baby"... Probably for a crap film,  ..still.

This has a very cool, 80's art feel to it, Paul.

Glad to see the retouched photos avoided making it to this quad!!  thumbsup.gif

Lot of theaters in the states boycotted playing Scouts Guide and Paranormal Activity due to the closing gap on the one demand market. Took a pretty heavy hit, Paranormal played about half the screens on opening weekend as a normal wide release.

I am with the theaters on this one, not a fan of streaming at all.

Here's one I've been trying to get ever since I started collecting Bardot.  Wolfgang said it is only the 2nd one he's seen in all his years as a dealer, so I wasn't going to let that one pass me by.

La Femme et le Pantin (A Woman Like Satan) (1959)

We need to get Wolfgang to come visit and post here more often. He hasn't been around the forum in over a year.  :'(

have not posted for a long time, tried to be more active in this forum but only manage to read some posts occasionally.
Some new international posters I have managed to get my hands on recently.I have always tried to introduce some international posters to this forum to showcase some alternate design from my part of the world.

I think this Up poster is released to advertise the 3D version of the movie,I have always love Pixar movies, the recent inside out is good too.

This is the international version for Avengers Age of Ultron, not see often I guess.

Hunger games Mockingjay Part 2 IMAX poster.I think this is a more unique design.

Paul, I told you that you inspired me....  :D

The art also looks very close to that used on the UK quad. The eyes on the creature here, tho, have more of a "wide glow" and are not as outlined. I think this truly is some creepy art, and works well on the poster.

I normally don't share pics of acquisitions reflecting art from a poster I already own in a different size. However, this is my first subway poster, and it brought with it a question..... The size is correct 45x60, it is single sided, glossy, the printing detail and quality on the front is just like the OS and Shelter I already have. My question is in the paper. It was printed on a light bluish/grey paper. It is not very thick paper either plus it is coarse on the back. Is this normal for Subway posters?

Sorry for the crap photo....the wave in the middle is a small height difference in the 2 tables.

I had a UK 40x60 with a light blue paper stock similar to what you mentioned here.  That is the only other poster like that I've seen.
