Yeah, I gotta get a better picture of that one.
One that doesn't further accentuate that young lady's cleavage.

Well, I did not say : "Those beautifully designed posters are not Turkish, they are Yugoslavian."  eyeroll
Actually, if you want to know design is not Yugoslavian, or Turkish...

Sound of Music is just a copy of US R73 insert:

Snow White is copy of R70 British quad:

"Beautiful" Tarzan And The Brown Prince is Italian design:

And so much hilarious Los monstruos del terrorr is actually copy of German poster design:

Also, when you see: "Croatia Film" or "Makedonija Film" printed on the poster, It might be a clue that poster is printed in Ex-Yugoslavia, not in Turkey.
I would feel that is not very logical to think that poster with "Tasmania Film" on it, is actually printed in Turkey. But, hey - who anyway read that.

So there you go, you have learn something here.

I've only got a handful of Turkish posters.  I think this SORCERER design is just great.

SORCERER Turkish Movie Poster

And then there's this one starring Angelique Pettyjohn, best remembered for the Star Trek episode The Gamesters of Triskelion.

Zombi 2 (aka Zombie Flesh Eaters) (1979); directed by Lucio Fulci

Artist unknown (based on art for the UK quad, by Tom Beauvais).

Great looking poster! Not sure why Turkish posters are not more popular. Some have really great designs.

I agree, Mwright.  Great art will eventually rise to the top. I'd certainly try to buy a nice Turkish movie poster in the areas I collect. Okie
